The bar where I had this listed it as DAB Dortmunder. What I had tasted more like a Helles than a Pilsner.Cow pie aroma. Golden color medium head. Grainy taste, but not bad.

Bottle: Straw-golden coloured, lively carbonation, firm, creamy head like beaten egg-white; shy, dryish malty background in the distinctive grassy-hoppy nose; light bitter-sweet flavour, watery MF; bready, grainy finish with a grassy hoppiness in the aftertaste. Not undrinkable....

Bottled. Clear, golden with a small white head. Quite weak aroma with caramel and grain. Malty aroma, a bit on the grainy side, with a little fruityness. Decent body, malt and some hops in the finish. Quite decent beer. (070331)

Bottle. Thanks Pivnizub. Golden, ligt carbonation, thin layer head. Metallic bitterhop aroma. Fairly crisp hops, light body, slightly watery towards the finish. Not terrible.

Clear slightly fizzy pale yellow body with a small creamy off-white head. Light honey aroma. Dry honey flavor with some light grassy hops in the background, somewhat watery.

Pours clear gold with a small fizzy white head. Sweet hay notes, malt, and a bit of fruit. Body is watery. Flavor is thin. Malt and grass are there, but not much of anything, really. Sigh, not worth another look.
