Bottle from Kris Wines. Lively bottle sprayed a bit when opened, and then pours out with a huge rocky head. Mildly cloudy amber body. Up front malty aroma, taste takes off in a different direction, sharp, prickly hoppy bitterness. Malts linger in the background with some residual sweetness. Tangy on the finish too.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, bubbly white head. Thin palate, modest fine carbonation. Light malts. Floralness that turns bitters. Repressed citrus. Dry floral finish. A bit tedious.
