Can pour from Worldwide Wine & Spirits. Appearance is opaque pale yellow (grapefruit juice) with tons of sparkle, thin white foamy head with fair retention and mild leggy lacing. Aroma is strong herbal/hemp that dominates over sweet fruit--tropical? Taste is strong herbal as aroma but mango/pineapple and a bit of melon higher in the mix with late bitter (not sure I'd call it pine but perhaps). Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry lingering bitterness. Overall, decent strength to the aroma and taste, especially for 4.9%, though mainly herbal (Idaho 7). Graininess is present more in the body than the flavor. Good.

Can pour. Appearance is bright yellow orange with lots of bubbles stuck to the edges of the glass, a couple of late, large nasty yeast hunks, decent, fast sparkle, 2-finger width foamy white head with fair retention and light leggy lacing. Aroma is nice citrus, tropical fruit, late must. Taste is dominant strong citrus over tropical fruit, grapefruit. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thick, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation, mild alcohol warmth and dry finish as taste with mild lingering bitterness. Overall, not the most complex but nice strong aroma and taste. A little overcarbonated but nice.

Can pour. Appearance is opaque orange juice with decent sparkle at the edges of the glass, some nasty gray yeasty sludge at the bottom of the glass, 2-finger width white foamy head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, late whiff of herb. Taste is citrus, sweet tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, average carbonation, mild pleasant alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, nice look (until the yeast at the bottom of the can poured out), strong aroma more complex than taste. A bit thin for the style. Can't pick out the honey but maybe it contributes to the level of sweetness.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana, thanks big balla! Aroma has light pine, pleasurable light danky earth, pineapple. Taste comprises of mild citrus, subtle pine, soft tropical hints. Galaxy hop is danky and popping hard in this brew. I like it!

Can pour from Worldwide Wine & Spirits. Appearance is opaque light brown-yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, a bunch of chunky dark floaties swirling about, finger-width, white foamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong scalliony/arm pitty herb over mango, guava, milder citrus. Taste is similar to aroma with the herbal quality leading the way but stronger citrus, guava and mango than the aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, some citric bite and nice alcohol warmth, and dry finish as taste with lingering bittersweet. Overall, the herbal side of Galaxy carries the day and the citrusy bite of Citra is its biggest contribution. Pretty good.

Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Aroma of banana and sweet malt. Taste has bright banana notes, cloves, honey. Incredibly sweet on the tongue, nutmeg and cloves on the nose. Blunt take on the style.
