On tap at Black Bear at Bradley International Airport.Pours reddish brown, murky. Pumpkin and spice nose: cinnamon and nutmeg mostly. Flavor is sour pumpkin, cinnamon, cream, crust, vanilla.

Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, pine. Flavor is has a lot of tropical hints, mild citrus, touch of pine. Texture is lightly juicy, low bitterness. For me a tad above average.

Aroma is orange, lemon, tangerine. Flavor is quite good. Loaded with citrus. Lemons, orange, and tangerine peel. Dry texture and makes you want to take another sip. Pretty good.

I haven’t had a new hefeweizen in awhile. Aroma of soft banana and grain. Flavor had slight citrus, grain and a soft lasting banana after the sip. Mild yeast phenolics. Good.

Taste shows honey with tropical fruits, mild grassy hints. Juicy texture that transitions into a sweet, dry finish. Body is medium with a high drink ability. This brewers rendition of “ Trillium Cutting Tiles”. Job well done.

16oz can at home. Pours a hazy pale yellow, medium off white head. Nose is pineapple, grapefruit, some mango. Flavour is citrus and grapefruit, but also some sweet malt cookie note. Nice bitter finish

Aromas of stone fruit, tropical fruit, floral notes, pine. Tastes of lemon citrus, floral notes, pine, tropical and stone fruits. Medium body with a dry finish. Very tasty.
