Half pint, cask ale at Veritas Ale & Wine Bar in Leeds. Golden body with a wheat haze. White lasting layer. Aroma of wheaty fruits and coriander. Dark wheaty taste together with coriander sweetness and banana yeast. Dry sweet fruity ending. An English version of the style, quite drinkable but not particular successful (11.07.2012).

Hand-pulled cask, shared with Stefan at the Chorlton Beer Fest. Close to clear amber coloured body. Bubbly white surface. Malt-fruity smell. Taste of apricot mixed with caramel malts supported by a smooth spicy touch. Well bodied. Likable, a bit heavy to drink though (Chorlton, 06.07.2012).
