We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Appearance- amber, quite clear, a 1-2 finger off-white head which gradually settles. Aroma- citrus fruit, lemon, hint of pineapple, hops, wheaty malt. Taste- crisp hops, orange, lemony hops, bitter grapefruit, juicy mouthfeel. Very good lager.

Keg tap at the Architect, Cambridge. Pale yellow with a tiny little white head. Pleasant citrussy smell with wheat fields and grass. Very typical lager smell but nicely put together all the same. Taste is more underwhelming: a boring sweetness followed by a bittersweet astringency to the finish. Nicely carbonated though, and refreshing on a hot Indian summer day.

A really dull and boring lager!
Clear golden color with a white head. Dotted lacing. Mild intensity in the aroma. Medium (-) body and an average carbonation. Moderate sweet and a mild bitterness. Quite flavorless actually. Some grainy and herbal notes.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours clear pale gold with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of sugar, malt, lemon. Taste is more of the same, grainy too. Thin finish.
