Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

330ml can. Mostly clear gold, with fizzy white head, minimal retention. Light malty with a yeasty-fruity hop in both aroma and taste. Moderate bitterness in the finish. Light to moderate bodied, good medium level of carbonation, fairly smooth. Its clean and crisp, fairly simple but well made.

Pale golden pour with a white head, disappearing fast. Aroma is malt, grain (cardboard). Taste is similar. Not mindblowing, tbh.

Bottle at the Everyman cinema in Marlow. Pale gold with a fine but rather prickly fizz and a thin white head. A little sweet buttery malt up front before some herby grass and a bit of urine come through. There's a hint of industrial lager to it, but it's not too bad I guess.

]33cl can from Beer52.] An attractive deep bronze coloured pour with a scattering of beige head; aroma of cane sugar and malt; watery in the mouth with a burnt sugar taste; then a sweet malty finish.
