Poured from a can into a tulip glass
Pours a translucent cranberry red with a finger of light pink head that quickly settles to a small ring. Very light delicate lacing
Aroma of pineapple juice, tart blackberry and acidic lemon juice.
Taste is more pronounced with tart acidic blackberry leading the way and becoming more juicy and meshing with the pineapple mid sip, mouth watering but not puckering fresh cranberry notes.
Light to medium light body, very effervescent, medium high carbonation. Juicy and tart with no real bitterness, leans more toward being a sipper.
Overall it's a nice fruited sour ale. Light and refreshing, a tart thirst quencher. I don't get any IPA qualities from this beer but as a fruited sour ale I'd gladly revisit this one, especially as summer ramps up.

Heavily spiced, lingering burn. A little too much.

Brewery draught, 11/24/25, as pictured.
Juicy bright and fruity with authentic, seedy, rich, but not overly acidic raspberry leading the way.
Comforting malt sweetness with rich fruit juiciness. Big raspberry bursts on the finish with undercurrents of mango and moderate acidity. Big flavors and great balance and drinkability.

Not sure what a North Coast IPA is, but it's hazy, so I'm encouraged. And it smells soft and fruity with light tea and zesty citrus. Soft, honey and white bread malts easily balance.
Juicy, fruity, malty and nicely attenuated. Stone fruit, light tea and zesty citrus with ample but not overdone bitterness. Great balance and super drinkable.

Pineapple, wood and soft herb with earth, damp mineral and cracker-bread-like malts. Lower aroma strength with a touch of twangy pineapple character, but clean otherwise.
Starts our similar to the nose but it does soften significantly as it sits. The pineapple relaxes to a more juicy citrus and apricot. The earthiness and mineral becomes more funky and charming and there's still no scallion or excess sugar. Reasonable attenuation and malt texture.

Juicy cherry and bright, authentic raspberry. Soft vanilla and soft but supportive malts.
Really nicely-malted to balance the juicy fruit and tasteful acidity. Low lactose, light vanilla and light hop bitterness but little/no flavor. Sweet and comforting texture but not too sweet.

11/24/25 draught at the brewery, as pictured.
Juicy acidity melding with bright hops. Pretty strange combo here but it works to not be too WC or too NE. Cracker and white bread from the malt balances.
Bigger maltiness in the mouth gives a great backdrop for the bright, juicy acidity and clean, fruity hops. Not too much pine or grapefruit, but also not so intensely soft and fruity. Very flavorful and balanced. Reminds of Hudson Valley's stuff, but less lactose character, perhaps, than a lot of theirs.

Brewery draught, 11/24/25, as pictured.
Bright, tart, good acidity with wheat blandness to help soften. That slightly artificial Hawaiian punch character comes through pretty well.
Same in flavor. Does a good job of providing this flavor without excess sugar or too much cheap/artificial character. Softer textures with higher attenuation.

Bright acidity with most of it fruit. Slight earth and currant like flavors with a softness from said fruit and malt. Low lactose character.
Softer and maltier with a moderate sourness. Some bitterness but no distinct hop flavors. Chewy, reasonably soft textures with low sugar and well-done fruit.

Bright fruit with a healthy acidity. Cherry-like with soft, floral citrus and slight earthiness from the dragon fruit. Crackery malts are bare.
Similar in the mouth with just a bit too much acid without the necessary maltiness. Very dry and bare cracker-like malt. The fruit character is well-done but we need some comforting balance here.
