Draft at Paragon, 3/21/23. Clear gold, white head, moderate lace. Bright grassy, herbal aroma and flavor. Clean and fairly dry. Nice beer.

Can, from the brewery. Pours hazy bright yellow like orange juice with foamy light beige head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter lemon-peach taste, unripe mango flavor, thin body, long medium citrusy finish. Nice NEIPA.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light kiwi, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light coconuts, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, Epsom salts, light acidity, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with Saaz hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Brewery.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Cloudy yellow gold pour. Small creamy beige head. Fragrant citrus hop aroma. Bittersweet citrus flavor upfront hints at tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel from the lactose and oats. Tangy and juicy. Really well made.

16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold color. Large, dense, frothy white head. Nice clinging lace. Spicy citrus hop aroma. Notes of lemon peel, grapefruit, green onion and pine. Bitter sweet citrus flavor on a bready malt base. Some warming alcohol in middle. Resiny pine and green onion in finish.

Can, from the brewery. Pours clean amber with small foamy light beige head, caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter caramel malt taste, grassy hops, thin body, long finish. Very nice Marzen.
