On tap at ballarak magione. Pours a rather clear gold, medium and long lasting head. Aroma is hoppy, pine, citrus, Pacific hop notes of grape and melon. Medium to big body. Flavour is malty and nicely sweet, very nice malt character. Combines well with the sweet grape, melon and orange from the hops, as well as light pine and earthy notes. Excellent! Ballarak knows their way around good hops.

On tap at ballarak magione. Pours a very hazy orangeish amber. Small head. Aroma is light funk, full on saison yeast, light spice, wheat and estery. Medium body, thick mouthfeel. Flavour is light malt, grain, funk, saison yeast shines. Really nice.

On tap at Ballarak Magione. Pours a copper colour with a small head. Aroma is pine, earthy hops, caramel. Medium body. Flavour is malty, lots of caramel, medium bitterness. Pine and nice earthy hops. Lovely and very drinkable IPA.

On tap at Ballarak Magione. Pours a slightly hazy gold, very small head. Aroma is fruit salad, lots of citrus, light melon, grape, coconut. Medium body. Flavour is light malt, good mineral character, light bitterness and loads of fruity notes. Intense NZ hops notes of grape and melon, grapefruit, peach, lemon and lime. Hats off to Ballarak, this is a superb NZ IPA.

330 ml tap. Cloudy pink orange with a foamy head. Strawberry, raspberry balsamic vinegar, mint, basil, pineapple. Mild acidic sourness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry mild sour fruity finish. Nice fruity Mediterranean Sour!

Tap at Ballarak Magione, Palermo, Sicily, 1st August 2020. Pours clear and golden, aroma is citrus peel and pine. Taste is a proper bitter DIPA, citrus peel, candy, really bitter linger. The 120 IBU really shows. Great DIPA

1st August 2020. Tap at Ballarak, Palermo, Sicily, this pours with a haze, peach in colour. Aroma is peach, citrus and light tropical fruit. Taste is citrus, soft peach, mango and tropical fruit. Excellent IPA and has a bitter finish and linger. Great stuff.
