23/6/2025. Can from BurBeero, Bari. Enjoyed back in Giovinazzo. Pours hazy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is soft tropical fruits, orange, stone fruits, passion fruit, rubber, resin, hint of coconut. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, above average carbonation. Finish gives a dry and bitter kick. Good.

33cl can from birreadomicilio.it. Pours dark brown, with limited cream foam. Aroma is toasty, malty and caramel, a little chestnuts. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter for a porter, feeling more like a happy brown ale. Final is still bitter.

33cl can from birreadomicilio.it. Pours golden, transparent, with irregular white foam. Aroma is herbaceous and hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is quite bitter for a pils, but with a sweet background as well. Final is average in intensity, with some remaining bitterness.

Deep brown if not black. Medium to full body. The flavors here are in full effect. Not over the top nor in imperial territory, but nothing reserved. There are dark malts, some roasted and toasted, cocoa bitterness, lightly sweet molasses, and good earthy notes. Finish lingers with dry cocoa notes and earthy hops.

Can at the airbnb from Birra Cerqua. Murky yellow pour with a white head. Nose is very green, fresh hops, loads of spicy sabro, some fruityness. Taste is similar, very fresh, very green, barely any pineapple shows but hey, the beer’s in pretty good shape so I dont mind it all that much. Pleasant surprise

Un territorio olfattivo dominato dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta nebbioso. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, pino, agrumi, arancia e banana.

Territorio olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, ananas, arancia ed erbe aromatiche.
