plastic bottle, best before 3.jan.2009, tasted 15.jan.2009. thanks faroeviking for the bottle. slightly cloudy yellow, white head. aroma sligthly hoppy. also slighly cellary. flavor is a little sweeter than your ordinary macro pilsener, and the hops are nice. However, everything else is a bit boring.

09/01 0.5 l bottle courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for sharing! It poured murky yellow body with smaller head. Trivial nose, weak, some industrial malt and lemon. Flavor not so bad, some fine malts, lemony (probably from hops) but damn simple and weak. Beer had watery body with pleasant but short finish. It hardly could be better for a cheap supermarket beer, at least it’s refreshing during summer.

Bottled(500ml). -Found this one in Penny Markt somewhere in Vienna. Costs 0.49€ or less.
Cloudy lemon coloured, medium sized white head, dusty light malty nose. In comparison with my recent zwickl (Stiegl Paracelsus) this one was quite letdown. Weak malty, watery and almost no hops presence. Cheap supermarket crap.

Bottle. (plastic with plastic twist-off cap) A semi-clear, golden beer with a minimal white head. Grains and malt, hops and some unpleasant artificial or chemical note in the aroma. Grainy and malty flavor too, with hops giving a decent bitterness. Medium body, quite dry, finishing quite bitter with grass and some malt. Drinkable, but not very good. (081105)

0.5l bottle courtesy of ogivlado who brought it from Austria (thanks!), shared with him and heavyPoured a very murky yellow body with a medium-small thick white head. The nose is light - some light malt, weak sweaty yeastiness. The taste is odd... slightly sweaty egginess enveloping some maltiness and a weak lemony-spicy bitter hopiness. Light soapy honey. Umm, not impressive.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Sweet and mild citrus fruity aroma. Sweet flavoured with a light citrusy note and a vague beer touch. Ends watery and mild citric. Just plain boring and thin.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a small, dense and off-white head. Light caramel malty and slight cornish aroma, light hops note coming through. Light cardboardish flavoured with a hint of malt, corn and bitterness. Seriously watery and thin bodied. Ends watery yet with a light bitterness.

[PET-bottle] Slightly hazy, bright amber colour with a beige frothy head. Sweet and toast-malty caramel aroma with shy spicy and herbal hops. Sweet bitter flavour, quite slim bodied with a crispy mf. Toast-malty base with notes of caramel/toffee and a light herbal touch in the background. Slim but not watery and delicately bitter finish, also slightly fizzy, but with a rounded malty sweetness. Not bad for such a cheap Dunkel [28.XII.08].

[PET-bottle] Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blonde medium-sized foamy head. Sweet, minimal acidic and moderately wheat-malty nose with strong notes of banana and a lighter clove-spicy touch. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, moderately wheaty taste with dominant notes of banana. Sweet and slightly bitter-tart finish with light clovy notes. Not a great but drinkable Weizen [28.XII.08].
