(Plastic bottle 50 cl) 5.4% ABV in my version. A discount beer brewed for the German Penny-discount supermarket. Somehow it found it’s way to a shop in Frederiksberg. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. This is a rather rough and unsophisticated lager, decent golden with a decent head, but extremely bitter. 100504

Blond color; fine perlage. Light hoppy aroma. Quite ordinary taste, light malt and hop, quite strong ending bitterness. Simple, correctly brewed.

A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is hoppy, but very light. The flavor is malty dry and very thin.

Neutest zur jetzt REWE Eigenmarke: Milder, fast wässrig getreidiger Antrunk, hell, dumpfe platte Herbe. Wenig besser im Mittelteil, hier ebenfalls dumpf, etwas voller. Laffer, etwas blecherner Ausklang. Weitestgehend belanglos. 6/7/6/5/8/6 Nach längerem suchen konnteich auch dieses in Bonn verbreitete Kölsch hier in Köln erlangen. Warum ist es in Bonn so verbreitet, in Köln so gut wie gar nicht? Ich weiß es nicht. Zwar bietet dieses Kölsch keinerlei echte Besonderheiten, allerdings schmeckt es nun nicht so schlecht, das man es vom Kölner Markt verbannen muss. Im Mund entwickelt sich kaum Geschmack, es scheint sehr wässrig. Dann entwickelt sich allerdings ein feinherber Geschmack, der im Nachgeschmack ins bittere übergeht, was mich nicht ganz überzeugen konnte. A light orange beer with a beutiful head, though fast disappearing. The aroma is malty with notes of apples and hints of hops. The flavor is lovely malty and a good bitterness that prickles the tongue before it turns dry. The end is somewhat watery.

Canned(500ml). -this is below average beer even for supermarkets. Tastes like Eurolager 2000 or Tesco Gazdasagos, golden coloured with minimal head, no aroma, only metalic taste with awful metalic and watery finish
