33cl Fles, dank Harmen! Mistig amber kleur, witte kraag. Harsig, grassig, caramel, rogge, prikkelend, licht kruidig, flink bitter, hint van grapefruit. Lichte tot medium body. Mooie Red IPA, oldskool.

75cl Fles, dank Harmen! Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Aroma van gebrande mout, rozijnen, Brandy, licht kruidig, licht boozy, chocolade, vleugje van de sinaasappel, bitterzoete finish. Medium tot volle body. Prima.

Paired with steak and fries.
Clear blond to light orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, some tropical fruits, a bit yeasty, pretty floral, a little off. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: a little sweet first, pretty fruity, hoppy bitterness, sweet malts, a bit sugary. Aftertaste: more citrus notes, good bitterness, fruity, pleasant Belgian yeast character without being too dominating. Nice modern tripel, probably with some new world hops!

Paired with lamb (3 different preparations), crispy layered potatoes, French peas and morels.
Pretty clear dark brown beer, big aery to creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, very smoky, sweet malts, some dried fruits, caramel, good roast, chocolate notes, more fruity touch as well, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: slightly sourish start, bitter, good roast, very smoky, coffee notes, earthy. Aftertaste: bitter and dry, more roasted malts, a bit sourish, dried fruits, coffee, smoky touch still. Very decent stout!

Taste: good bitterness up front, lots of citrus notes, grapefruit, hoppy, a bit grassy, zesty notes, refreshing! Aftertaste: bitter, zesty, fruity, a bit piny, citrus notes, good bitterness in the finish.

Aroma: nice, very fruity, lots of citrus, a bit cheesy, very pleasant, slightly yeasty, wheat notes, grains, nice and intense aroma! MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: good bitterness up front, citrus, grains, hay, grassy, some coriander, a bit dusty. Aftertaste: bitter, a little yeasty, citrus, hoppy, grassy, spicy, coriander.

Bottle, very big head on a bright ale golden beer. Plastic garbage bags, soft doughy, citrus zest, clove oil, dead yeast. Something is very off in the yeast here… Light sweet, sour and bitter. Something went wrong here.
