Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.
We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, thin off white head, lasts no time. Light smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation on the back end. Thin bodied pale malts, sweet enough. Hops bring light smooth pine and a smooth savoury skunk. Soft but bright stone fruits, mild citrus. Candy fruits on the semi dry finish. Could have a better mouthfeel but a tidy quaff. Good stone fruits.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crisp snap. Thin bodied pale malts but, sweet enough. Bright crisp pine hop intro. Light bright hop fruits, a good smorgasbord of citrus, stone fruits and tropical fruits. A candy fruits vibe coming through strongly on the close. Nice bright juicy IPA.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts bring a slightly thin but satisfying creamy sweetness. Light pine into good juicy stone fruits. Nice underlying Motueka key lime and floral lime. Not sure what NZ Cascade does here, maybe fills in the gaps. Why doesn't anyone call this hop Taiheke anymore? Good dipa very crushable hop fruity affair.
