Description
At our Canterbury based brewery & taproom we make hop-forward, delicious, flavourful beer, brewed with the finest ingredients; beer that makes people smile, liquid sunshine, to be enjoyed with friends, family or whoever makes you you.

We wanted to create a community driven brewery building a culture that does well and does good, holding charity events to support the community in which we work. We will endeavour to grow slowly, create an environment of employment that educates and is enjoyable to work in and, like our beer, we will never be rushed. Our beer is unfiltered for the utmost flavour, always vegan and best enjoyed fresh.

Slightly ripe orange, cooling pine, touches of tangerine and mandarin. Mild hop spice. Light finish. Not bad. Light and drinkable.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a thin but adequate creamy sweetness. Mosaic presenting here as unusually skunk forward, not dominant but more than yer average single hop Mosaic affair. A little hop spice and a light bitterness on the mid. Back end is juicy hop fruits, mango, a diagnostic back in the day, rarely exhibited now. A touch of soft but rich citrus and a sprinkle of candy fruits on the back end. A mild tangy fruit on the light and semi dry finish. Nice dipa. I could not pick up any blueberry here but the mango was a rare gift from modern Mosaic hops.

Cloudy pale gold on tap at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge lasting white head. Some light bitterness on the finish. Some New England style ipa character flavour and mouthfeel. So not my go to beer style. It's ok. Pale malts just about stnad up. Some tropical fruit flavour. OK. Not my thing but refreshing.
