Brown with off white head - Sour aroma with some vinegar notes - Sour malt body with an unplesant vinegar flavour - The sour vinegar goes into the finish - This was just to much vinegar flavour, just no good

Draft @ the brewery. Pours an amber red color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy piney citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy piney finish.

On draft at Phil’s BBQ in San Diego. It pours a golden color with a creamy white head. The aroma has some nice sweet, fruity citrus and tropical fruit. Mostly grapefruit and mango with hints of florals. The flavor is similarly sweet and fruity. Maybe a bit too sweet. Berries, mango and grapefruit come through strongest with a rather thick mouth feel. It could be a bit drier and thinner on the palate, but the recipe and process seem good overall. One to watch.

Draught (7.7%) @ the brewpub, San Diego. Aroma has tropical fruits and pineapples. Also some grapefruit. Flavour has pineapple juice, some herbal bitterness and tropical fruits. Alcohol is present in the background but does not disturb much.

Draught @ Bay City Brewing Co, San Diego, CA.

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, herbal and tropical notes, hints of grass and caramel. Taste is sweetish, juicy fruity and caramely with some herbal and tropical notes. Finish is hoppy, herbal and tropical fruity with some maltiness and warming alcohol. Okay.

Draught @ the brewpub, San Diego. Aroma has deep roasted tones, licorice and toffee. Flavour has ash, toffee, licorice and mild coffee notes. Dry finish. Good.
