$5:00 Happy Hour Pint at the source on 10th April 2025. Light haze in the amber body, white head with lacing. Beers come cold in this place and it takes a while before you can smell or taste anything. As this warmed a little it became a piney hop IPA and I enjoyed the last half-pint.

Tap. Pours hazy reddish hazel, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is sharp, tannic, vinous, acetone. Flavor is sharp, acetone and red wine, biting, medium plus tart. Medium body. Fucken aggressive.

Tap. Pours clear orange, small off white head, good lacing. Aroma is pine, orange, hint of aspirin. Flavor is light plus sweet, aggressively bitter. Merlin body. Don't matter if it's citra if you use it all in the boil.

Part of a Flight at the brewery on 20th March 2019. Clear and clean amber body, white foam blanket on top. Nice easy drinking blend of maltiness and semi-bittering hops. Pleasant, calming end to a heavy session of high alcohol brews.

15th Dec 2017, draft at the brewery. Looked like dirty dish water with a deep red hue and a scummy head. Fairly sweet with a strange coconut like flavour, weird and different, glad it came in a 10 oz glass rather than a 16.

Part of a seven glass flight of Stadium Brewing house beers at the brewpub on 18th May 2015. Light amber body with a good white head of foam. Equinox hops: tropical fruit esters in the nose, spicy and citrusy in the taste. I thought this a good one hop brew (if that is what it is?) and think the equinox hop is complex enough to be used in such a way, unlike some hops which are very one dimensional in nature.

Part of a seven glass flight of Stadium Brewing house beers at the brewpub on 18th May 2015. Clear amber body, no head. Hoppy! The Amerillo hops (I assume) give the nose and taste an orange citrusy feel, the flavour being bitter-sweet and full bodied. Decent enough and the first beer on what I thought was a fine selection of house beers.

Part of a seven glass flight of Stadium Brewing house beers at the brewpub on 18th May 2015. Must have changed the recipe (looking at the first two rates): black body, tanned, lasting head. Over roasted malts in the nose and taste, smooth and semi-sweet in nature. Mild chocolate esters within the flavour. The 6% ABV suited the beer and although not strong or heavily flavoured it finished the flight of house brews nicely.

Part of a seven glass flight of Stadium Brewing house beers at the brewpub on 18th May 2015. Dark amber body with a lasting white crown on top. Hop lead, with the citra hops giving the beer a citrus feel in both the nose and taste. A heavy malt base does not allow the hops to run away with their bitterness or citrusy nature: the best of the seven for me.

Part of a seven glass flight of Stadium Brewing house beers at the brewpub on 18th May 2015. Never had a scoop of fruit chucked into my beer before: so this was a first for me. Light amber with a white head apart from a blueberry patch where the fruit had entered through. Some blueberries floated others sat at the bottom of the 4oz glass. The beer did have a berry flavour, the fresh fruit obviously added to that flavour. A little thin/watery on the palate: 4.8% ABV apparently. Different and almost interesting: glad I had one.
