Pours a dark brown with hues of red, off white head of foam that shrinks quickly. Some lacing.

Smell is of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt with some sweet notes.

Taste is dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, hints of smoke. Very tasty.

Medium bodied with adequate carbonation, I would drink this again.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a clear pale gold body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral perfume, pink grapefruit cotton candy and then a melon sensation. The taste delivers similar notes as I get bitter floral hops softened by a bit of berry to melon like hop flavor. To midway the pink grapefruit intercedes and helps take this into the finish. Fun beer with great balance, hoppiness and crispness.

US Pint can from Trader Joe's, drank on 23rd August 2025 after walking around a park and zoo with my four year old grand daughter, I'm knackered! Poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass it looked good. Deep golden/amber body, clean and clear, beige crust on top. Bready malt aroma and initial taste, semi sweet throughout. Earthy hop bite and a drying bitter finish alongside the maltiness.

US Pint can from a Trader Joe's, drank in Laguna Hills at my daughter's place on 30th July 2025. Almost clear golden pour (into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip, twice), fast fading white crown on both pours. Not a lot going on really, the Liberty hops giving a slight floral aroma and twist to the flavour, luckily the malty base carries the beer through and it's refreshing enough. Should be drank after some hard labour or in bright sunshine, it's a lawnmower beer!

Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, wood and some biscuity tones. Flavour is toffee, toast, caramel and mild wooden tones. True to the style, and really wellbrewed. Wow!

Hazy ambery brown colour with a small brown head. Aroma is toasted, floral, some mild nutty, wheaty and a bit yeasty tones. Flavour is toffee, toasted, some wooden and mild rye bready tones. Really neat Dunkelweizen.

Hazy honeyish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruity, bananaish and quite elderflowery tones. Flavour is elderflower, some bananas, clove, fruits and mild wheat to it. Refreshingly fruity elderflowery wheaty aftertaste. Nice Weiss with a twist. Crisp carbonation.
