Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a clear pure gold colored body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up fruity esters, sweet bread and then a dash of honey. The taste delivers a palate coming across too soft for the style to start where sweet esters kick off the experience. To midway it picks up some sweet bread and a sense of honey. Into the finish a slight earthy mineral like hoppiness meekly surfaces. Overall this could be dryer and with some actual hop bitterness.

Wha a failure of graphic design this can is - I am pretty sure it is supposed to be “maple Baltic Porter” - look at how big “maple” is, but it is in the middle of “Baltic” and “Porter” - what a disaster - anyway, this beer is pretty good - there is a light oakiness and the maple is understated - other than that, it is a very traditional example - clean and smooth - a lot of chocolate and a bit of coffee - touches of vanilla - finish is lightly sharp, though - it’s good - that can, though.

0,355l can from Drikbeer Advent Calendar, #3. Canned 02/04/25. Hazy dirty yellow beer with medium, but quickly totally vanishing head. Strong aroma is wheat, honey, yeast, banana, floral notes. Flavor is bit milder but with same elements. Crispy, but even bit watery and thin body.

Pours a dark brown with hues of red, off white head of foam that shrinks quickly. Some lacing.
Smell is of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt with some sweet notes.
Taste is dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, hints of smoke. Very tasty.
Medium bodied with adequate carbonation, I would drink this again.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a clear pale gold body that supports a white head of foam. The aroma offers up floral perfume, pink grapefruit cotton candy and then a melon sensation. The taste delivers similar notes as I get bitter floral hops softened by a bit of berry to melon like hop flavor. To midway the pink grapefruit intercedes and helps take this into the finish. Fun beer with great balance, hoppiness and crispness.

US Pint can from Trader Joe's, drank on 23rd August 2025 after walking around a park and zoo with my four year old grand daughter, I'm knackered! Poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass it looked good. Deep golden/amber body, clean and clear, beige crust on top. Bready malt aroma and initial taste, semi sweet throughout. Earthy hop bite and a drying bitter finish alongside the maltiness.
