On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains with a bit of lactose and a touch of bread underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and a creamy note with a bit of earthy bread backing.

Opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal off-white head; aroma and taste of pine resiny, grapefruity, some grape peels/seeds,bread crusty and minimal roasted nutty notes; correct IPA

Tap. Pours clear chestnut, medium beige head, good lacing. Aroma has a weird peanut butter note, along with wheat malt, banana, bubblegum. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Merlin body, soft carbonation. Actually not bad.

Pepper smell. Taste is kicking slowly but very well balanced spice.

Solid Saison

Ocean Beach Brewery - 2nd from right on the board. Good Dunkelweizen.

On tap at brewpub in Ocean Beach. Slightly hazy orange brown color. Brief beige head. Toasty, yeast wheat malt aroma hints at cloves. Flavor is toasted bread, banana, cloves and lemon. Medium bodied. Slightly earthy. Some stickiness on palate. Mild watery finish.

Part of a tasting to kick up a beer weekend for a buddy's 50th. Brown with garnet highlights and a light tan head. Coffee was a bit off with the American Brown style, but nice overall.
