At the source: pours light orange murk with white head. Aroma is mellow tropical fruitiness. Taste is fruity sweetness with very subdued bitterness. Very mellow NEIPA. Good. Not a double IPA!

Draught at the source: pours golden with a white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is grass cuttings bubblegum or something to that effect. Taste is somewhat bitter. Floral, tad fruity... plant matter. OK.

19th Jan 2018; in The Brew House, San Juan Capistrano. On a 6 beer Flight. Not too sure this is a Witbier in style, a Wheat Beer maybe, but it has no Witbier attributes that I could find. Anyway I enjoyed my large sample, it came a misty orange with a white topping. Light citrus leanings in the wheat based aroma and taste, mild spicy touch also. 1st beer on my first Flight, a good start to the session.
