This IPA poured a clear, golden colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grass, citrus, corn and malt. First swig was quite hoppy. Flavours of grassy hops with also a nice citrus touch at the end. Finish is bitter with grassy hops lingering.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Aroma of pale malt, Brett, Belgian yeast, lemon, peach and floral hops. Flavour of bready wheat malt, lemon, peach, Belgian yeast, Brett, white pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, pillowy soft texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable and well made.

650mL bottle, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Nose is complex, with lots of gently tart cherries, light balsamic, lots of oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour reveals moderately tart cherries upfront, accentuated by light-to-moderate sweetness, plenty of oak, and a touch of balsamic. Seems more like a Flemish Red to me with cherries. The ABV is well-contained. Excellent.

Deep dirty maroon with a small beige head. Sweet, light nailpolish and cherry. Soured cherry, bitterness and a weird aftertaste. Not quite there.
