On tap at Brussels Beer Project Canal, Sunday 4th September 2022 after the wonderful Cezanne in Provence digital art Installation at L'Atelier des Lumières and a walk around Père Lachaise Cemetery. Pours deep gold gold, actually let's not arse about it's amber with a white head, thickness in the mouth, hoppiness is not too heavy, it's weird so many of these modern ipas seem to pander to a sweeteness that seems to be more in vogue without so much bitterness. It's pretty decent though.

On tap at Mikkeller Brewpub London, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma brings out rich dark malts, burnt sugars, and a touch of liquorice. Flavour is very rich, with burnt dark sugars, deep roasted malt, and bitter dry cocoa powder. Lots of dark sugars, cocoa and a pronounced chalky bitterness on the finish. It's good but for the ABV, the depth / complexity isn't where I'd want it.
