Hazy amber beer, big cream colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has good fine carbonation. Light malts, mild creamy sweetness. Good orange, orange peel and marmalade hops. Touches of lemon sherbet, pine and hop spice. Toward the end mellow tropical fruits and tangerine develop. Light crisp finish. Good hop vibrancy. Fresh tasting and super drinkable. And no milky sweetness!

On tap at Café Lamus, Gdansk, two years ago. They just began brewing it and told me (if I understood correctly) that they named it Lama after Dalai lama (resembling Polish word "lamus", meaning "granary"). Anyway, poured clear amber, lasting head. Light aromas, floral hops, also grain. Bitterness develops, dominates the taste in the finish. Carbonated but light. Nothing spectacular, but it was a good start.

New Year Bottle Share in Odense. Hazy golden with a small white head. Weak aroma dominated by vegetables/cabbage, with bready malt. Sweet malty flavour with both sulphur and diacetyl. Pretty lame...
