Bottled. An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, yeast, and a bit of caramel - very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, black peber, other spices, and yeast, leading to a dry spicey and peppery finish.

75 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma spiced, fruity hoppy and light citric. Citric and caramelish flavoured. Bitter fruity and mild citric. Smooth fruity and mild dextrose like finish.

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet floral aroma with hints of hops. Flavour was yeasty with wheat, floral and mild hoppy notes. Finished dry.

0.75l bottle, from enspirit. Clear glowing amber colour with a red touch, small but persistent off-white head. Fruity-spicy nose. Full-bodied with an intensive malty body, perhaps a bit on the sweet side, with lots of spices such as cinnamon, clove, star anis... also hintzs of orange zest, lemon and herbs. A shy touch of vanilla and honey might also be present. The sweetness is balanced of with some shy dry resiny hops blending in towards the finish. A very complex and interesting christmas beer.

Bottle, 7%. Fast gusher. Fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Nice stable white head. Creamy flavour, some malt and a little flowery hops. A bit too creamy, almost milky flavour. Low bitterness.

0.75l bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg France. Clear golden colour with a quickly disappearing fluffy white head. Fruity-spicy nose: peach, violets, vanilla and honey. Intensively malty with some very fragrant hops and hints of vanilla, flowers (violet?), honey, peach, mango and a spicy background. A very interesting perfumy beer, despite its 7% ABV it seems light and summery, highly quaffable.

Bottled. Hazy golden, rich airy head. Fruity nose wth bisuity yeast and wormwood. Mid sweet and heavily herbal with lively mouthfeel and solid, vital body. Lingering herbal bitterness. Complex and very interesting.
