About
Established by Bruno Couchaud and Anne-Charlotte Bertrand

At the start was the hop. At the same time, the cereals were also present. At the beginning, finally, Bruno and Normandy were. And the love of work well done. At the start, therefore, the ingredients of an artisanal company equipped for the future were gathered; in alignment with the stars that have built the Brasserie des Deux Amants.

Huge fluffy, just off-white head; hazy golden beer. Bit dusty nose, powdery impression; C-hops, bitterish fruitaromas, chewing gum. Bitterish-fruity, citruspeel, faintly spicy but again dusty, cardboard retronasal. Bitterish vegetables. Quite slick, hopoily; well-carbonated. Not bad, but let's say it's an IPA met de Franse slag. Txs to Stef!
