Can on a plane. Slight grainy cardboard aroma with corn and skunky notes. Mild sweetish with low bitterness. Weak body. Lame.

Достаточно неплохой американский Лагер с сильным сладким привкусом, но все же не слишком богатым солодовым вкусом. Бутылочку летом можно выпить.

My first new Steel Reserve brew in a long time. 24 oz can that I will be drinking without the benefit of a glass, thank you very much. It smells rather lemony after I lift the tab, I will grant you that. A taste now and I have to say this is a rather good fruit-tasting malt liquor. Not a real surprise, I think that Steel Reserve generally makes the best ones. There is a realistic lemon taste, a moderate sweetness and a nice tartness, just as advertised. And that 8% ABV will come along later. Nice.

It's really nice to have a really bad beer ever once in a while to remind you and make you appreciate what a really good beer is. This one is that bad beer.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Neat golden colour, decent head - and that’s about it. Soft and sweet in a sticky way - too much corn in the brew. No hops. In Denmarkk this is a beer for the café-segment of beerdrinkers - those who don’t really like beer. Even a plain Carlsberg Pilsener is better. 1.9

(Bottle 33 cl) The design of this beer rather gives you associations pointing towards the ready-to-drink segment of beverages. But this is beer - presumably. Extremely lively in the glass, nice golde colour and a small, discreet head. Flavour is soft "uncommonly smooth" as printed on the label - no lie. Characteristic notes of chicken-fodder as found in most beers with too much corn added. Just about no bitterness. Drinkable but completely uninteresting. 2.0

330ml clear bottle. Probably not enough hops to worry. Crystal clear gold, small white head, decent retention, sound is fizz-tastic! Aroma is quite malty, some vegetable extract. Taste is also malty but with slight cardboard and butter notes and a mild bitterness coming through. Good smooth body and carbonation though. I was expecting worse, its far better than Budweiser.
