Solsletta Nyttårsaften 2022. Deep Golden color with a white head. Aroma is caramel, yeast, fruit, dms. Flavor is caramel, yeast, fruit, dms, grass, bread. Bad beer.

Bottle. A clear amber colored beer with a white head. DMS and caramel in the aroma, with some fruityness. Quite a lot of acetaldehyde too. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-sweet, with a very light bitterness. DMS, acetaldehyde and grass in the flavor. Some caramel and bread, as well as generic fruityness. Medium length finish. Not very interesting this one. Not very good either. 221231

An unusual high carbonation level more or less destroyed this one Brown pour and an enormous head Semi dry and a quite heavy carbonation level Bready, herbal, licorice and some roast in the flavor [Bottle – bought @ source]
