16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet malts some grass hops. Taste is more of the nice rich malts some grass hops and a touch of hops.

On tap at Westlake, pours a clear dark bronze with a tiny beige head. Aroma seems nothing like an English barley wine, with sweet caramel and not a whole lot else. Flavour is boozy and chaotic, with some perfume, caramel and bready malt. This tastes like they haven't the slightest clue what they're doing. Not a disaster but it's a pretty haphazard creation.

On tap at Westlake, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dry, heart oats, some cocoa, and a touch of burnt sugars. Flavour is hearty, with plenty of oats, some roast, and just enough dark sugars. Hearty and rounded — I like this amped up oatmeal stout.

On tap at Westlake, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out mineraly notes, moderate esters, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Flavour is drier than expected, with lightly sweet esters, mineraly notes, and gentle caramel. This doesn't seem on style — they're not using the yeast right, as is the case with most American breweries that attempt saisons. Not great.

On tap at Westlake, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry toasted malt and a hint of roast. Flavour is dry and clean, with toasted malt, a tiny hint of roast, and some earthiness. Clean and drinkable, just nothing all that interesting. Pleasant.
