Dorée léger pâle, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais houblonné - fruité vibrant vers le tropical, léger pin, fruits à noyaux avec une reprise plus céréales fraiches en rétro-nasal.
Palais est houblonné sur un effet dank bien plaisant - le tout entre léger tropical, fruits doux/à noyaux, pointe de mandarine, pin, mangue avec une note finement sèche et poussiéreuse en fin de bouche.

Couleur brune foncée, léger voile, col blanc-cassé crémeux.
Arôme au bouquet léger, malté grillé, chocolaté, caramel, houblonné moyen oscillant sur des notes de résineux, sève, sciure.
Palais est malté, sur le grillé, assez sec tranchant en bouche, petite note cendrée. Houblonné plutôt classique apportant un cararactère herbacé, finement épicé, boisé sous-bois sciure avec une pointe subtile de résineux en fin de bouche.
Garde tt de même ce petit qcq chose au niveau du malt qui me plaît moins.

Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small, mostly lasting, white head. The aroma is fruity, sweet citrus and light tropical. A moderately sweet to light sweet taste, soft mouthfeel. Tropical fruit and sweet citrus flavours with a light bitterness in a sweetish finish.

Pours a lightly hazed dark amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. The aroma is malts, dark red fruit with some grassy hop notes. A light sweet taste, sweet malts, red berries flavours, some piney notes and light grassy hops in a sweetish finish.

From tap at the brewery taproom 27.04.23. Clear golden. Bright white head and lacing. Interesting aroma and taste of pale malt, citrus, sorrel, lychee and tamarind.

Can on 712 to the Ness, thanks to D Knott, 25/02/23. Amber pour with an off white cap. Nose is biscuit, caramel, toasted grains, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises red berry nip, chalky mineral bite, pine dusting, brown bread, toffee, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. It's okay.

Can on 712 to the Ness, thanks to D Knott, 25/02/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange peel, grass, toasted malts, melon. Taste comprises orange zest, melon, tangerine, light mineral bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough session gear.
