Pours a murky pale yellow colour with an average sized, mostly lasting, frothy white head. The aroma is fruity and tropical, passionfruit and pineapple. A moderately sweet and fruity taste, juicy tropical fruit flavours, soft sweet malts with a fruity hop bitterness.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head and good lacing. There’s oranges and yeast in the aroma. Sweetness dominates the mouth with citrus to the fore. Oranges mainly plus hints of grapefruit and mango. Some graininess lurking underneath it all too. A little bitterness creeps in at the finish. Not bad at all.

Pours a hazy deep dark brown colour with a small thin beige head that settled to a film. Aroma is roasted coffee beans, roasted malts and some chocolate notes. A moderately sweet roasted taste, chocolate, coffee and roasted malt flavours with a light roasted and light drying bitterness in the finish. A bit thin but okay.

Tap@Distortion Brewery Tap, London (05/11/2022) - More traditional American west coast leaning here delivering lots of piney resinous bitter hops, some citrus fruity notes surfacing, zesty citrus peel, set upon a sweet pale malty base, resinous bitter hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Tap@Distortion Brewery Tap, London (05/11/2022) - hazed up yellow with a white head. Juicy fruity with lots of nelson character to the fore, crushed gooseberry and tender juicy white grape, touch of mosaic blueberry chiming through, sweet pillowy pale malty support, robust hoppy finish. Great stuff.
