0.33 l bottle from a random shop in San Remo. It poured clear brown to reddish body with big ocher head. Fine malty aroma, caramel with some herbal hops. Typical dryish Irish ale flavor, watery, slightly bready and caramel, while hops being felt more than itโs usual I think. Not so thin body as other examples of the style. Has longer bittersweet caramel finish, slightly alcoholic and acidic near the end. Not bad, itโs pretty pleasant beer.

Can: Dark brown pour with a finger of the creamiest, silkiest beige head I can remember. Rich aroma is sweet and roasty with heavy maltiness and espresso. Light chocolate. Dry, roasty and bittersweet in the flavor profile. A little chocolate, but mostly the heavy roast. Nice.

Bottled and Canned. Amber colour with mediumsized slightly off white head. Aroma is quite sweet malts, along with some bready and grassy notes. Also quite much caramel and mild fruityness. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild diacetylic notes. Stilla quite pleasant brew.
