Gold coloured beer from the bottle. Somehow sweet taste with low bitterness, adequate hints of caramel. Very accepatble beer from this part of Africa. Old paper ratings before Ratebeer, so why not rate them in hindsight.

30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours close to black with a small tan head. Aroma is malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate. Developing roasted bitterness. Light creamy mouthfeel. Much more enjoyable than the Rwanda version we tried.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Black, beige head. Roasted malt and bread aroma. Dry and sweet roasted and caramely flavour. Dry and bitter finish.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Molasse notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a nice roasty finish.
