Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste rich caramel, malt, hops, fruits and has a sweet caramel finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Nose has toffee, rock sugar and dark, dried fruits. Rich, malty nose, plenty of overripe fruit, plummy and figgy with an actual bitteness. Quite enjoyable. 070820

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head. An expected aroma of yeast, banana and clove. Medium body, dry fruitiness, again banana and clove notes with a subtle bitterness. Really heavy on the cove. Gets a little hazy if you shake the bottle, but closer to a Kristall Weizen. 070820

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a small, off-white head. Sweet crystal and biscuity malts with some perfumy notes, has an oxidized touch. Rich, sweet, malty body, good perfumy aroma hops throughout with a bitter and boozy finish. Very heavy duty old school DIPA - makes me all nostalgic.
