Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours cloudy dark chestnut brown with medium white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, prunes, raisins, rye bread, yeast and apples. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, prunes, raisins, bread, mint, yeast, apples and orange peel.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour with a small white head and a bunch of particles floating around. Aroma is floral, nectary, herbal, grassy and some mild bready and bitter tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some fruity and mild oaty tones with a wee bit of herbs.

Bottle 33 cl. Gushes when opened. Pours a cloudy, grayish golden with a fizzy, lacing off-white head with good retention. Slight citrus aroma and perhaps a coriandery touch also. Thin and watery, minerally and yeasty with a dry citrus note and a slight finishing bitterness. Decent. 010123
