Tap. Light hazy yellow, offwhite lace.citrus and green apple - seems to be their house note. Medium body, mellow creamy body, a hint cheesecake and tropics, not too much classic west coast notes imo.

Bottle 33 cl. Holy shit, super fizzy pour, almost violent bubbles that fade super fast though. An almost clear amber color with an off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma, biscuity - lil dusty. Malty body, soft on the palate but quite light-bodied - especially considering it's called a Bock. Otherwise a pleasant and malty brew that isn't overly sweet but balanced by sufficient hops. 230621
