The colour is quite pale yellow and slightly hazy, with a small white head. Lime-like citrus on the nose, perhaps with a hint of Mosaic-driven gooseberry. Light-bodied, with a light malt base. Lime and gooseberry dominate, with not much fruitiness. Light and easy-drinking, perhaps even a little watery.

Can from S-Market Valkea, Oulu. Hazy-opaque deep gold. Frothy white head soon recedes and just hugs the rim. Aroma is initially bitter - herbs and vinous notes - before sweetness appears and a citrus edge. Flavourwise we have bitter and sour higher notes over a sweet bass. Spice. Herbs. Vinous. Underlying sweet fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Punchy NEIPA (I think I have punchy on the brain due to the big barney at AC Oulu v HJK tonight).

Aroma is as the aroma suggested - sour and bitter. Crisp with it. Light malts moreso into the finish. Light. Thin. Lively soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Punchy APA. Can bought at the city centre S-Market, Oulu. Hazy-opaque orange. White head fizzes away with energy and then burns out to almost nothing. Aroma is citrus and cinnamon with vinous hints. Initial jucy fruit followed by a sour streak and a good dose of spice. Tangy and vinous. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Fun sour.

Draft at Mallasterrasi, Oulu. Hazy pale peach. Thin white head primarily sticks to the rim. Aroma ia fruity and pithy with a vinous sour edge. Flavourwise it's sour- vinous and sherbert - with pulpy fruit. Peripheral sugary sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. A pleasant if unexciting sour.

Keg at Mallasterrasi, Oulu. Light clear gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has corn and malts with a light woody edge. Flavourwise it got a bitter grainy core with light citrus and underlying malts. Slightly metallic. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation with a lazy fizz. Long dry slightly astringent finish. A lager. Not industrial, at least.

Keg at Mallasterrasi, Oulu. Hazy light gols. Thin blotchy foamy white head. Aroma... well mainly pizza that smells banging... getting herbs and fruit and vinous notes and more pizza. Hmmm... different as far as Wits go. Sour - citrus and vinous over a fruity sweetness which is more melon than anything else. Peripheral herbs. Light-medium bodied. Slick with a pithy element. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. A punchy not trad hopped Wit.

Can from S-Market (the one under the Sokos department store), Oulu. Post-sauna, of course. Light hazy-opaque gold. Thin frothy foamy translucent white head. Aroma is chewy and doughy with an earthiness and citrus light sour edge. Flavourwise it's sweet with a sour edge over doughy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. OK Helles bur, to be honest, I really just want more water.
