16 oz. can from Tavour. Pours a clear, bubbly, golden color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The nose is grapefruit zest, lavender, light pine, clover honey, and resin. Lightly malty sweetness, but remarkably balanced, with a bracing bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, effervescent, and clean palate. This a beautifully balanced and aromatic beer. Absolutely singular pilsener.

Nice ESB, with a mild caramel sweetness backed by toasted wheat bread, dates, red apple, and a unique herbaceous bite on the finish. Tasty.

Very nice schwarzbier, with deep veins of chocolate and roast yet also backed by a crisp, lagery lightness, with hints of toasted bread, apple, and floral hops. Very tasty.

Cask pour at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a dark, murky, brown color, with a medium, fine, beige head. The aroma is toffee, caramel, light pine, and cherry wood. Sweet and malty, with a nice, mild bitterness. Very smooth and mellow. Easy, well made, simple brown beer.
