Snifter at Churchkey pours a murky pineapple gold with very little white head. Nose is pineapple seltzer, oranges, muddled tropical fruits. Flavor is pineapple and lime and some papaya and big seltzer. Simcoe feels lost. Finishes minty maybe, bitter? Weird. Feels disjointed. 7 2 7 3 12

On tap at Churchkey. Pours a slightly hazy dull yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dank mango and some sweet onion with earthy citrus and a touch of grass underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and light sweet onion with a touch of mango and a hint of pepper in the finish.

No head, clear red-brown beer, still. Sweet, liqueurish nose, maltsyrup, raisins, and smelling a bit oxydated. Sweet, raisins, maltsyrup, partly dried grapes, fortified wine. And again oxydation. Very slick, oozy, syrupy-thick, not very carbonated. Bof. Too... syrupy.

Arôme est frais houblonné, sur le noble allemand rendant une pointe de raisin/baies vertes, reste sur un léger fleuri assez frais.
Palais est sec, houblonné, effet un peu farmhouse américaine, fleuri avec une petite touche de rustique en fin de bouche.
