330ml bottle. Pours a slight cloudy yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of light citrus, lemon, slight acidity & slight sourness from the black limes. Moderate body. Slightly sweet finish.

On tap at La Binouze, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma has coriander, salt and citric notes in good balance. Flavour is fairly citric, with saline, citrus and lacto being expressed. Not the most invigorating gose but it’s reasonable.

Jens Smagning 11/04/2025 - mix of dark malts with a kind of tartness, background coffee, some acidify, vinegar, medium body, strange, not for me.

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and bread, leading to a bitter finish. 6/4/6/3/13

Bottled. A cloudy pinkish beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of grapes, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, grapes, wood, and funk, leading to a dry finish. 7/3/7/3/14

Licht zuurtje, citrus, licht, hout, niet wrang iig, verder gaat het wel
