BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Bright golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, woody, alittle funk. Taste is apple, fruity, sweetish, some mucky funk and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, caramel, with some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, apple core, light mucky funky notes. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty decent.
