Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, musty, herby. Taste is sweet, tart fruity, appley, some flowery herbal notes and drying acidity. Light bodied, low carbonation, sweet & tart at the finish. Quite drinkable.
