500ml bottle from Cider Shack. Pours clear gold, nicely carbonated. Lovely characterful medium dry with a rock star line up of cider apples. Nicely fruity, soft funk hint, subtle tannic close.

26/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright golden with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples, caramel, touch of funk. Medium plus sweetness, slight tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Some drying tannic notes to finish. A little on the sweet side but quite nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from the Cider Shack. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of tangy fruity apple with a funky note. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, orchardy, alittle caramel hints, some bretty funk and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
