330ml bottle. This beer is dynamite! Literally. 1 bottle exploded just like that. Proper explosion. Second one didn't. But it gushed like teenage boy. Nothing to talk about beer 'cause it tasted like poorly made homebrew.

pitch black color with dark brown head. Lots of licorice, dark chocolate and molasses in the nose. Big carbonation tons of molasses and dark chocolate. Pretty ok.

Some beer escapes the bottle upon opening. Dark brown pour, bit of brown foam there. Nose is decent feels roasty, light tartness, cocoa and toffee chocolate. Taste is quite intensely roasty, tart feel there as well, light bitterness. Roough around the edges and has some grassy bitterness, homebrew-like. Overall still likeable, the best out of Sulu's first offering.

330ml bottle from Õllepood Nr. 2. Pours somewhat creamy hazy white yellow with some white foam on top. Foam even stays there for a bit. Cranberries, some yeast character and some sourish funk in the nose. Most likely the funk is not intended but it's pleasant nevertheless. Tastes tart, some more traditional saison in the back but it has turned kind of sour, so I am getting some tart berry character, nice tart funk and light yeasty bitterness lingering in the finish. Quite refreshing, a bit metallic edge and probably the condition is not as it was meant to be - but definitely something drinkable.

Bottle from Õllepood Nr. 2, Pärnu. Shopkeeper warned me about the gushing character of this specimen, so took some extra care. Chilled it carefully and well, it didn't even gush. Pours dark, muddy brown, thick foam that is coming down slowly, overcarbonated. Nose is pretty awful, sour and feels like its spoilt. Some fruity malty feel there perhaps. Taste is a bit better, kind of homebrew quality, malty and some dark berries. Light herbal bitterness in the finish. Probably infected though, can drink this somehow but honestly, there is no reason I should.

Bottle from SIP. Pours black with dark brown head. Didn't exactly gush, but once the bottle was open it started to climb out very very fast... Aroma is sweet, chocolate, roast, booze, oatmeal. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, roast, booze, chocolate, raisins, some acidity, some ashiness. Finish is roasty and bit acidic.
