Ausgeglichenes, schlankes Pils, sehr schöne fruchtige bis leicht grasige Hopfenaromatik.

Tap at Bad Flash Karlín. Pale yellow pour, thin white head. Nose is lactic acid, pehaps some faint cucumber notes, a citric touch. Taste is moderate tart notes, some interesting (weird?) bready-doughy-malty sweetness, a citric touch again. Long lasting tart finish (lime ftw), light bready body, soft to average carbonation. No trace of berries, can’t really find the cucumber either, but still a decent bw.

Dorée/pâle, col blanc.
Berliner weisse assez classique – effet levure pâtissière, pointe de citronné, finement ‘sour’ avec une approche à 3% restant très facile à boire – rondeur de grains / malt en appui – le tout reste assez léger en bouche - watery.

Lemon mainly, with malt and yeast aroma. Sour taste, citrus fruits, mid dry. Fizzy.

Light malt aroma mainly. Taste is on malt, sweet, with herbal and slight grassy hops, nice bitterness.
