Op tap bij Desertfest Berlin '26. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht bloemig, iets graniger dan de Pils, ook een tikje bitterder, verder vrijwel hetzelfde. Pils was wel m'n favoriet van de 2. Lichte body.

Op tap bij Desertfest Berlin '26. Is er craft beer, schenken ze alleen Pils en Lager.. Iets mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, licht herbaal, citroenmelisse en citroenschil, licht moutig, fris, crisp, niet echt bitter (had de Berliner Pilsner van Schultheiss ernaast, die knalde er ineens uit qua grassige hopbitters). Vele units van gedronken tijdens het festival, ging geen moment vervelen. Goed.

Tap at Bad Flash Karlín. Pale yellow pour, thin white head. Nose is lactic acid, pehaps some faint cucumber notes, a citric touch. Taste is moderate tart notes, some interesting (weird?) bready-doughy-malty sweetness, a citric touch again. Long lasting tart finish (lime ftw), light bready body, soft to average carbonation. No trace of berries, can’t really find the cucumber either, but still a decent bw.

Berliner weisse assez classique – effet levure pâtissière, pointe de citronné, finement ‘sour’ avec une approche à 3% restant très facile à boire – rondeur de grains / malt en appui – le tout reste assez léger en bouche - watery.
