At GBF. Czech IPA with coarse, snow white head and clear orange blonde colour. The aroma is downright ghastly: friendly hints of peach and orange are overpowered by a horrible smell of stale pee, sweat and rancid butter... The taste is fortunately better, a bit infected and sourish because of it, but otherwise fruity, a bit biscuity with a long, peppery and somewhat citrussy, drying hop bitterness in the end. The foul urine stench ruined this completely for me, but since the taste is more acceptable, I’ll give it some points for that.

At GBF. Czech stout with creamy, stable, deep beige head and reddish burgundy colour, very deep and dark and almost black. Aroma of pipe tobacco, blackcurrant, red wine vinegar, bitter chocolate, charcoal, coffee grounds, dust. Sourish, cassis-like fruitiness in the onset, unexpectedly so, with a viscous, thick mouthfeel; ashy roastedness ensues, bittering, with deep earthy hop bitterness in the finish, while the alcohol stays relatively well hidden. Solid and somewhat unusual, but pleasant stout.

(Thx! for sharing) Sampled bottled @ Gents Bierfestival 2015. Black, small very dark mocha head. Nose is thick, big on licorice, big roast, herbal. Taste is bitter burned / roasted malts, herbal, chicory coffee, licorice, cacao,… A bit thin & grainy. Not really what I look for in a stout but decent.
