on tap at Damian. Hazy golden color with high white head. Aroma: bread, malt, grass. Taste: bread, SAAZ hops, malt, light straw. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Nicely drinkable, well balanced, excellent pilsner.

Draught at the brewpub. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- yeasty sour, malty, hops, woody tones. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, malty, hops, wood, yeast. Medium bodied.
