Tap. Pinkish-gold, almost clear. Aroma: sweet, berries, lingonberries, cranberries and cloudberries in sugar, slightly sour. Taste: sweetish with sourness, lingonberries and cranberries, a little wild, strange brew.

Can sample at tasting at Barak Luzon's place. Thanks Max. Cloudy orange. Lots and lots of mushrooms, concentrated mushroom soup, pungent umami flavor, sourish, salty. Very interesting and unique but undrinkable.
