Tap at the brewpub. Misty dark red-browb body, creamy off-white head. Oily smoky malty aroma. Lean taste fresh, dried fruit undertones covered by a strong smokey woody kick, slightly smoky, but also slightly flowery. The smoke is a bit rough, but the beer is nice and clean otherwise, lightly estery, lightly hoppy. Lightly minerally near the finish. Dunno, a fair bit unbalanced but close to a good one.

Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, reddish amber colored. AROMA- red berries, honey, toasted, strawberry, cherry, apple. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, non-sweet strawberries, cherries, currants, berries, floral and earthy, honey. Medium bodied. Tasty.

(bottle 0,75l) Overall: Good weizen, quite typical. Aroma: Sweet, malty, banana. Appearance: Cloudy amber. Medium, white head. Taste: Medium sweet, malty, banana, later light caramel, some light sourish berries/fruits. Palate: Medium-full body. Light sticky texture.

Bottle, 4%. Roasted aroma, dry coffee. Black colour. Seems cloudy. Small light brown head. The flavour is dry, bready, citric, watery. Roasted coffee finish, some acid. A bit thin, but OK refreshing. 636313

Tap. Dark brown, almost black color with beige head. Aroma of dark malt, cocoa, vanilla. Taste start s with chocolate, dark malt, light coffee, vanilla, lot of vanilla. Nice one.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- pleasantly sour, fermented, touch of dough, gooseberry. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, quite sour, a bit tart, nice gooseberries, yeast, touch of dough. Medium bodied. Very tasty.

Bottle 0.75l from brewery. Almost clear, amber colored. AROMA- quite fruity, pale plums, some berries, toasted malts, bread crusts, nuts, noble hops. FLAVOR- quite sweet, bitter, strawberry, berries, cherry, pale plums, bread crusts, spicy. Medium bodied. Very tasty.
