Description
Our brewery was located in Uckfield, East Sussex and we had a Oban 10BBL, 2-Vessel brewery with 400kg mashtun and custom-made copper/whirlpool. 4x fermentation vessels - 2x conical and 2x open-topped.

Our brewery is now (since May 2026) located in our bar “The Tasting Room” in the heart of Worthing, West Sussex. We have a 2.5BBL(400 litre), 2-Vessel brewery with 100kg mashtun. 2 open-topped fermentation vessels are currently located in the back room with 2 conical fermentation vessels hopefully coming soon and will be situated directly in the bar.

We created Merakai Brewing CO. on a foundation of Equality, Taste, and Community. From the people we collaborate with, the communities we support, and the people we employ.

We know there are like-minded people out there who are looking for something different, a change from the ‘norm’ and mainstream.

If you don’t think craft beer is for you. If you don’t feel or see yourself represented, we see you. Our craft beers are created and made for you and people like you.

Can from Micro Beer Crate, online, 2 months past BBE. Pours a hazy light orange with big white foamy head which thankfully recedes quickly to a nice layer with good lacing. Aroma of peach, apricot, grass, light caramel. Taste of citrus and stone fruit medley, caramel, zesty and grassy bitter finish. Moderate dryness in mine. Pillowy mouthfeel, soft although slightly frothy carbonation. Nice.
